Account Sales and Management Representative (Heavy Duty/Diesel Parts):
Cleveland, OH
Guaranteed Truck Service is a Full-service distributor representing industrial manufacturers in the on-highway truck, off-highway equipment and construction markets.  We have an opening for an experienced Account Sales and Management Representative in our Cleveland, OH location; the successful candidate will have experience driving profitable service and parts sales growth within His/her Greater Cleveland, OH territory.
We are looking for an Account Sales and Management Representative (Heavy Duty/Diesel) with experience in a service/repair parts environment and a strong customer service focus, to join our team who shares our values of Teamwork, Integrity, and a 'Consider It Done' approach to customer service. 
Job Duties:
  • Take all necessary steps to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Take an active role in company sales.
  • Active participant in Parts Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Assisting in assuring proper inventory levels.
  • Accurately quote and sell Parts.
  • Communicate with Back counter, Front counter and Warehouse Staff.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and branch goals.
Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team work and communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of customer service and sales.
  • Must be familiar with Heavy Duty Truck Parts.
  • Recent OEM Truck parts experience a plus.
  • Must be a resourceful person, with a never give up attitude.
  • Good understanding of mechanical components and associated repair.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
