Accounts Payable Analyst

Accounts Payable Analyst Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Analyst who is very hands-on and directly responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the financial records of the Company. This individual is results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals and deadlines.

Job Duties:

• Process and code invoices through Docubizz and Fusion.
• Address and respond to questions from the branches regarding coding and payment of invoices.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any accounting questions.
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries for the Senior and Staff Accountants
• Reconcile accounts at month end.
• Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests with an eye for detail.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in accounting or finance; two years of experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
